What does it mean to be free?

Just about any and everything humans do involves emotions. The only true freedom is psychological freedom. Psychological freedom is when you feel free, no matter what hand life deals you. No one can bestow you this freedom. You honor and bestow it on yourself. You are choosing between life and death. When you truly achieve inner freedom, nothing that happens to you can ever hurt you.

How do you feel?

Being a free woman is a political issue. We must set boundaries that protect our peace. It starts with asking yourself, "How do you feel?" 

Emotions are the love language of the brain and heart. Emotions are energy, information, spirit, and soul through which we know life. The brain is created to be electrical & emotional both consciously and subconsciously.

Society has shamed people for being emotional beings and shamed us to believe that emotions have no value. However, emotions are a superpower. God said, "Let there be," and it was good. Emotions are written in our DNA. We are created from the essence of perfection.

Stories trigger neurotransmitters in the brain, that release dopamine and oxytocin.

I'm a hermit and a heiress living as an ex-pat in Switzerland. My favorite thing is riding the train through the Swiss Alps, sipping on Louis XIII. Mama introduced me to Louis. She was grand that way.
